Online payments
Online payments are made through PAYPAL or CREDIT CARD only.
A signature is required at delivery.
Other form of payments (for originals only)
You may also contact me directly if you wish to pay by personal cheque or by wire transfer.
Note: the package will be sent only when the payment is cleared and a signature will be required at delivery.
PAYMENTS PLAN & ART ON HOLD
Originals are much more moving and vibrant than prints. The richness of the texture lets you get the sense of depth and motion much better than a reproduction. The piece is alive!
Since it's more expensive, I can offer you a payments plan and put the art piece on hold for you.
If you see a piece that you love but you can't make an immediate payment, just send me a message. I’m flexible with my art collectors. I can hold the painting for you for a period of time.

PACKAGING ORIGINALS
In order to protect them, all my canvases are professionally packed with special care. They are wrapped in glassine paper then bubble wrapped. The shipping boxes are also reinforced. For bigger originals, I might have to send them into a wooden crate. It all depends on their size, destination and particularity.
For insurance purposes, every original artwork is photographed before and after it is packaged before it is sent to you.

All prints and reproductions are done, prepared and shipped by the printing company Print Partner. The packaging is therefore subjected to their own guidelines. They are based in York, Ontario (Canada). You can read their FAQ and policies here :

SHIPPING ORIGINALS
Each artwork is shipped separately when multiple paintings are ordered, except for small packages.
Canada and United States
Shipping is available in Canada and in the US. The fees will be added at the end of the checkout process.

For international shipping, please contact me before you purchase. I will give you a shipping quote according to your destination and a delivery time estimate.

Delivery delay
The packages are shipped within 5 business days*. You will receive a confirmation email with the tracking number and estimated date of delivery.
In most Canadian cities, estimated delivery time is 3-6 business days after the order has left the studio. For a more precise estimation, contact me.
* if a painting needs to be sent in a wooden crate, add a few extra days for the crate to be built.
Insurance
The shipping cost includes an insurance for the full value of the artwork.

PICK-UP OPTION
Original
If you live in the Montreal area, it's possible to pick-up your artwork directly at the studio. Contact me for more information and arrangements.
Prints and reproductions
Pick-up is available if you live in the York area directly at Print Partner's: 2697 Steeles Ave West, North York ON M3J2Z8, Mon-Fri 9-5pm. The option will appear at checkout if available.
RETURNS - TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Originals
I want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, please contact me no later than 5 business days from receiving the package. I’ll be happy to exchange or refund your purchase.
However, the piece must be packed the way it was received, in its original box and without any damage. Please note that initial shipping fees will not be refunded, and the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Also, you must insure the package to its full value for your protection against any damage.
► Any return that is not in good condition will not be accepted and not refunded.
Contact me before returning a piece.
Prints and reproductions
All prints and reproductions are done, prepared and shipped by the company Print Partner. An order can be cancelled and refunded only if the order has not gone into production. Therefore, you have to contact me quickly if you want to cancel an order. Also, upon receiving your order, if there is a problem with the quality of the material or if there is a defect, the artwork will be replace or fixed.

DAMAGED ARTWORK UPON DELIVERY
Although rare, if you receive a damaged package, please be sure to keep the box and all the package wrapping material for the insurance process. The damage might just be external and the piece might be okay.
Before opening the package, I suggest you take a picture of the damaged box. Then after opening the box, take a picture of the foam sheets if any. Do the same with the bubble wrap. If you notice any damage to the piece itself, please be sure to take some pictures.
Some insurance company will want to see the box and wrapping material while others will want to see pictures.
To resume, it is highly recommended to:
- take pictures of the box and packaging that has been damaged
- take pictures of the damage piece
- keep the box and all the wrapping material
- send me all the pictures taken
Please contact me as soon as possible. I'll give you instructions. If I need to get the piece back to the studio, there will be no shipping charges.
